My Thoughts About teaching/Learning

 I believe that teaching is not a job and learning is not limited to a certain age. To be a teacher one must be passionate about equitable education and should have the skills and abilities to facilitate delivering information and knowledge to various and different types of learners. Learning is not limited to a certain age, and not limited to a place which is school. Learning is a continuous process that occurs anytime anywhere by which one is able to grasp new information and able to comprehend knowledge and skills

A teacher inside a classroom is a role model whereby students are influenced by her/his behavior and actions. Besides the teacher should be aware of the students behavior and reactions, since students reflect on their emotions and feelings inside classes. The class should be a smaller representation of home, where students feel confident and safe to share their ideas and thoughts and engage with their peers.
